What is happening with my Univision Mobile plan?
The Univision Mobile brand is being integrated into Ultra Mobile. On July 11, 2017, we will begin to move Univision Mobile plans like yours over to Ultra Mobile based on the plan renewal date.
Is anything changing with my plan?
The change from Univision Mobile to Ultra Mobile will not significantly change your wireless experience, as Ultra Mobile plans offer the same coverage, network and features as their corresponding Univision Mobile plans.
All Ultra Mobile plans include unlimited nationwide voice calling and global SMS messaging. Active Univision Mobile customers will continue to enjoy unlimited talk to the same international destinations they had with Univision Mobile, plus even more international destinations at no extra cost. 4G LTE Data and Data Xtra amounts will not change with the move to Ultra Mobile.
Subscribers on the following Univision Mobile plans will see their unlimited international calling increase from 7 to 30 destinations:

- $49 Plan
Subscribers on the following Univision Mobile plans will see their unlimited international calling increase from 14 to 60 destinations:

How can I change my plan?
All Univision Mobile plans will be integrated into Ultra Mobile. Please refer to https://ultramobile.com/monthly-plans to view plan features.
Will I need a new SIM card for Ultra Mobile?
No, a new SIM card is not necessary. You can continue to use your existing SIM.
How can I pay now that I’m on Ultra Mobile?
Subscribers that pay via Auto Recharge can continue paying without making any changes to their payment preferences. Auto Recharge will remain enabled once the plans integrate into Ultra Mobile.
Subscribers that pay with their credit card may continue to do so on the Ultra Mobile Account Management portal.
Payments via Retailers will also continue to be supported.
What happens if I had a wallet balance on my Univision Mobile account?
All wallet balances will be carried over during the Ultra Mobile integration.
What happens if I had an international roaming balance on my Univision Mobile account?
All INTL Roaming balances will be carried over during the Ultra Mobile integration. Both roaming voice and roaming SMS are supported on Ultra Mobile.
Will my voicemail settings be maintained?
Yes, your current voicemail settings will remain. Any previously saved voicemail messages will still be available on Ultra Mobile.
